Windows 10: i am trying to understand why nothing is accurate network and internet

i dont have home internet. i have a netgear mr6500 mobile router that has a sim card through at&t. the router login in attwifimanager. the router can also be plugged in to the laptop. the router has an ethernet port but i have it plugged in using the charging cable.on my laptop under network and internet it says my primary dns suffix is routerlogin.net. shouldnt it say att wifi manager?it also says the manufacturer is microsoft. shouldnt it say netgear?the description says remote NDIS compatible device but the physical MAC address doesn't match the laptop or thr router or any device i owna

network and internet

this hard drive is not connected to my computer, it is connected to my wireless router.

after scanning for hardware changes as you suggested in step one, there is no usb hard drive
listed on my computer, either in the device manager, or in the network list in file manager which includes both computers connected to the router. this computer is recognizing the router, internet, and other computers connected to the router.
it is not recognizing the hard drive connected tot he wireless router.

I checked my wireless router to see if the usb hard drive is discoverable and verified that it is.

Method 1: Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue
is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter.

Method 2.Try updating the Network Adapter drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the Network Adapter drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand Network Adapter.

c. Right-click on the Ethernet and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.
