Windows 10: I am trying to update the payment with a new card and it won't let me enter it. Why?

How can I remove our company credit card from a former employee's recurring payment for MS 365?

If a former employee is still associated with a recurring payment for Microsoft 365 and you need to remove your company's credit card from that payment, here are general steps you can take:

3. Locate the Subscription:

4. Update Payment Information:
   
   • Within the subscription details, there should be an option to update or change the payment information. This is where you can remove the credit card associated with the recurring payment.
     
5. Remove Credit Card:
   
   • Choose the option to manage payment methods or billing details. Locate the credit card you want to remove and follow the prompts to delete or replace it.
     
6. Add New Payment Method (Optional):
   
   • If required, you can add a new payment method for the Microsoft 365 subscription. Ensure that the new payment method belongs to your organization and is not tied to the former employee.
     
7. Save Changes:
   
   • After making the necessary changes, save your updates. The system should confirm the changes, and the former employee's credit card should no longer be associated with the subscription.
     
8. Verify Changes:
   
   • Double-check the subscription details to confirm that the credit card information has been successfully removed. Ensure that the new payment method (if added) is correctly associated with the subscription.

Few of the things you can check while entering the details:

• Enter your name precisely as it appears on the card. Only include your middle initial if it appears on your card.
  
• If this is a company card, enter the company name as both a first name and last name. For example, if the company name is "Contoso Shoes" split the company name into the first and last name fields.
  
• If the company only has one name, for example, "Contoso," enter the company name in both the first and last name fields.
  
• If you are asked to enter the address and it exceeds the Address 1 field, use the Address 2 field. Do not shorten or abbreviate your address.
  
• The card number and type cannot be edited, so if you make a mistake, you'll need to add a new one with the correct information. Other credit card information can be edited, such as billing address and expiration
  date.

Windows won,t recognise that i have changed my graphics card

Hi

I tried to put widows 10 on my PC but i was informed that my Nvidia 7300 graphics card was not compatible so i have changed my card to a Nvidia 610 which is, everything on the computer recognizes the new card and it is working fine now when i try to upgrade
microsoft still thinks i have the 7300 card and won,t allow me to download it, what do i need to do.
