MP3 are not listing in Music Player

Hi All,



I am using nokia 5800 in UAE. i uploaded songs in MP3 format and i am able to see the list of songs in Music player in all songs menu. After some days i am un able to see the songs listed in music player it shows no songs. After that i heard the Nokia got
a new firmware update. i updated the same from 10.x.x.x to 20.x.x.x.



Still i am facing the same problem its not listing the MP3 format in music player lists but when i convet the songs to ACC format its working fine. what could be the problem ???



Please help to solve this issues.



How can i see My GPS location. Do i need to do some settings ??

trying to connect a mp3 player to sync on windows media player

When I try to connect my mp3 player to desktop to sync music from window media player it is not showing up as a new device. However, when I check the device manager it is listed as a speaker (CDN5). I do not have any info on the manufacturer of the mp3
or a manual, other than it should be compatible with windows 10 which I am using.
