Windows 10: I am unable to access by camera and microphone and speaker for the proctored online exam

I have zephyrus G14 2024 and have a integrated camera as USB2.0 FHD camera .The camera is working fine everywhere else apart from the online proctored exam and every app and browser thar is supposed to access the proctored exam is unable to recognise the camera microphone and the speaker .Please tell the solution of thisThe camera is working fine in the camera app,gmeet,zoom etc

I have appreared for exam and Exam stopped at proctoring process only

Hi Microsoft Team, This is Renita Musi David Swamickan. Recently i have applied for AZ 900 exam and appeared for the exam on June 18th. the Proctor checked my exam space and he said I am good to start the exam then suddenly he told like my camera is not visible ( I haven't turned off my camera) then again another proctor joined and he checked the same and the same happened. He asked me to close everything and open the pearson vue application again. then also the same issue came. The mistake is not in my side also. This process took 1 hour and the proctor told that he will give access for reschedule so that i can take the exam someother day. But after that, i haven't get any response from the microsoft support or pearsonvue support and i am not notified about any rescheduling also. could you please help me to reschedule my exam or please provide me a voucher to give another exam.

Unable to take exam due to Pearson VUE problem.

I was unable to launch exam. Some error was showing in the screen. Proctor told me to restart my system. After that some other error occurred. I was unable to start my exam.
