Windows 10: I am unable to access my encrypted files that were encrypted in a previous version of Windows

Hello there,I am facing a serious issue that I caused by mistake. Previously, I was using Windows 10 and I had applied BitLocker on my personal drive and encrypted the files inside it from their properties. I had not used my laptop for a while, as I had a new system. However, last month, I wanted to access my laptop, but I forgot the login password. I reinstalled the whole new Windows 8.1, but before that, I had turned off BitLocker from the control panel when I had Windows 10 installed in my system. Now, the issue is that those files which I encrypted inside the drive from their properties ar
