Windows 10: I am unable to change my language

From two days i tried to change my pc language to english when my pc suddenly turned off everything change into arabic language and there is update after . I have install english language but when i try to select that in option english is not listed. Every other of arabic after install came in list of selecting windows display language but no english.I have reseted my pc reinstalled windows but problem didn't get solved.I even tried to change using powershell In the end everything is time waste.Plz help I am student I have project to do

To assist you better I would like to know, what was the base language for your previous Operating system?



I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1
