Windows 10: I am unable to download whatsapp web from the microsoft store.

Every time I use the link on my browser it redirects me to the store app where I don't even have the option to download. I tried repairing and restarting the app, as well as other suggestions commented, but nothing is working whatsoever. I can't even find the app if I search it instead of using the link.

Unable to download Whatsapp on windows 10 from the microsoft store

The microsoft store shows that the app is being downloaded but there is no progress whatsoever.

I was unable to open the whatsapp I downloaded from whatsapp.com so I tried downloading it from the microsoft store but I've not been able to.

Any suggestions are welcome.
