Windows 10: I am unable to get any updates to install. I have had it looked at and no one could find...

I have a Dell desktop and have been unable to download updates for quite a while now. We switched internet providers in the summer of last year and I have been having issues since then. I am unable to download and install Dell updates as well as windows updates. I have Windows 11. I have a laptop as well that I use frequently and have had no issues with that either. I have had it looked at by Geek Squad and they couldn't find anything. I have also had a IT dept with one of my clients look at it and they weren't able to resolve this either. Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

Unable to install update

I'm unable to install the KB4103721 update on windows 10. I cant shutdown the computer normally, it keeps saying update and shutdown/restart no matter how many times I do it.

Thins I've already tired:

• Update and shutdown
• Update and restart
• deleted the update from windows/softwaredistribution
• tried to restore system to before I tried to install it.
