Windows 10: I am unable to hide multiple keyboard choices and it keeps changing the layout

Hello,

I am using my KB in ENG/US INTL layout.

From time to time, I do not know what key-combo I click, but it switches back to simple ENG/US.

When I go to keyboard settings, it is not allowing me to remove the latter.

1) How can I just keep ENG INTL US layout in settings so it does not switch?

2) If there is no way to remove the other option, is there a way I can disable all shortcuts etc so it doesn't keep switching?

I come from the Mac and I am a bit lost here

  How many keyboard language have you installed?
  

If you have installed more than 1 keyboard language in your system, then I suggest you to remove the keyboard language other than default language and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to remove the language.

• 
  Open Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on language.
  
• 
  Select the language and click on remove option at the top.
