Windows 10: I am unable to install cumulative windows update for Windows 11

I am using a Dell g15 5515 with Ryzen 5 5600H, RTX 3050 and 16GB RAM. For the past few days I'm trying to install this 2022-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11Version 22H2 for x64 Based system KB5021255. When I try to upload it through the settings, it returns with the error code 0x800f0831. I even tried the Standalone Installer and it said the update were not installed

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
