Windows 10: I am unable to leave my own family group that I am in, and because of it I cannot play...

Hello! I am a long-time windows user, and I am having trouble playing Minecraft multiplayer, but I have traced the problem back to being in a Microsoft family, and the settings being messed up within it. I have done the steps where I add another member to the family in order to leave the family group, but every time I try to leave it hits me with the 'refresh or retry' pop-up. This is really frustrating, and I was hoping someone on the other-side could help me get out of a Microsoft family so that I can fix the rest of the issues, or if they could take me out of it by force. I'd like to leave this family(-group) to join another, but I've been seeing this same error for several days now, across at least a couple reboots.

Additional information: I've sent this account an invite from the other family, and get the invite here. If I try to accept the invite, it says I must leave my current family first. I get the link to leave, but the same error.

Any ideas?

Why not set up an admin account with documented password, add it to the family group? Then you can take your account out, and still have (or leave) an admin/family group access account available. Just a thought/suggestion...
