Windows 10: I am unable to log into my computer without sending a pin to my phone and logging in via...

It forces me to log in via Microsoft. I go to settings and try and set up a pin and that option and all others say "This option is currently unavailable." I have tried restarting my computer and have looked up the problem but have found no solution.

Thanks for the suggestion, though I am unable to preform the clean boot as I need to be logged into the computer to preform it. I am still unable to log in.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done to troubleshoot the problem?
• Which Windows 10 version/build is currently installed on your computer? To check, type
  winver in the search option.
