Windows 10: I am unable to login into my facebook sign in screen. Can you help?

Recently on my desktop computer, I tried to reset my Facebook password code so that I could log into my Facebook page. Facebook than prompts me to have a reset code sent to my email address. Well, no email ever arrives. I've tried numerous times but have been unsuccessful each time. I even checked all my mail folders including trash and spam but nothing is there either. Since I couldn't get a reset code on my desktop computer, I began creating a new Facebook page. Now each time I go to log into Facebook I'm presented with the new Facebook page I just created and NOT the normal login scr

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen
