I am trying to login with my business account, but copilot only recognizes my personal account. Why?

Even after I sign out of my business account, I still can't login to any of my personal accounts.



To be clear, I want to have a business account and a personal (Microsoft Account) on one computer. Ideally, I would have Office 365 Business Standard on the Business Account and a Microsoft account with Office 365 personal as the personal account. I believe that is a standard MS setup. Microsoft seems to have a lot of material referring to business and personal accounts Do you know what setup they have in mind? I just don't have the knowledge and experience to set it up properly. Furthermore, I don't mind having the same apps on each account as long as the documents are separated.

Any further comments/suggestions are appreciated. Tx

Below is what I got:

• I don't know why the first one is there so I can probably delete it;
  
• The second one is my Microsoft Account (personal);
  
• The third one is my Business account. It has a Microsoft Exchange email account associated with it;
  
• The last one is a new account I created in the last few days while trying to resolve this issue. It is a local account with no email address associated with it.
  

So, ideally, I'd like is to have the Business and Personal accounts (middle two accounts) and be able to switch from one to the other.

• My Business account (third one listed) includes an MS 365 Business subscription which includes MS Business apps, Onedrive etc .
  
• My personal account (second one listed) is an MS account which includes an MS 365 Family subscription which includes MS personal office apps, Onedrive etc .

OK, I created a new account without an email address. Now I have a business account, a Microsoft account and a new account with no email address. When I'm in the business account, I still can't switch user to any of the two other accounts. Am I missing a step? To be clear, what I'm trying to achieve is having a business account and a Microsoft account (personal) and I'd like to be able to switch between these 2 accounts. Any other suggestions? Tx
