Windows 10: i AM UNABLE TO OPEN ANY OF MY SAVED FILES!

I TRIES REBOOTING...I TRIED SOME OTHER THINGS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS. I HAVE HAD TO RETYPE MY CLIENT INTAKE FORMS TWICE BECAUSE IT JUST WENT MISSING. MY DAD CAME OVER TO HELP ME...HE USE TO DESIGN COMPUTERS AND HE SAID THIS SOFTWARE SUCKS AND I SHOULD KUST GET A REFUND AND CANCEL. THIS HAS CAUSED ME SO MUCH AGGRIVATION....EVEN THE RESUME TEMPLETE IS GARBAGE. SO GLITCHY AND IT DOESNT PRINT THE WAY YOU VIEW IT. SO THIS HAS SERVED NO PURPOSE OTHER THANK AGGRIVATION. WHEN I TRY TO LOAD THE SAVED DOCUMENTS IS JUST SAYS THERE IS A ERROR AND TO REFRESH THE PAGE AND TR

I realize that you are unable to save a file. I will try to help you with this issue.

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

• 
  Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
  
• 
  Have you installed all the pending updates on the PC?
  

Suggest you to save a file in notepad to test if that helps.

Close all open windows and restart the PC to login to another user account to test if that helps.

opening .dds files with gimp

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

 

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
