I am unable to open or convert zip file and getting this error. Pl helpAdobe reader could not open file because it is either not supported file type or because the file has been damaged. Pl. Advice how to tackle

You did try re-adding it to context menu after the reboot/ reinstall as per this post? It doesn't show up otherwise.

Thanks for the help. I tried the suggested steps. It did not work for me. When clicked on pdf files, now it opens with acrobat reader as opposed to Edge. But then I still cannot open pdf files directly form zip file.
