Windows 10: I am unable to open Windows Security. Also, I can't activate my Windows.

Recently my laptop has ran into some serious issues....I am unable to open Microsoft Defender/Windows Security on my free upgraded windows 11 laptop. It shows some popup like "your IT Administration has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available". Also, I can't activate my windows and the system is also behaving really weird. I've tried to reset my laptop keeping my personal files, but nothing changed. Is it malware or some other issue ??? I need help asap !!

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
