    How to redeem Microsoft rewards gift card money?

    Hi. I have been using Microsoft rewards for some time now and I was finally able to redeem a Microsoft 5 dollar gift card. I followed all the instruction listed on the screen and received 5 US dollars in my account balance. Now, the question I have is
    how do I redeem this account balance, I want to rent a movie? (Do I need to put my credit card details in to redeem this account balance?)

    Rewards gift cards not delivered

    You should contact Amazon for problems with their gift/rewards card/s.

    Check your email address for the amazon account to see if the card has been sent there, it may also be sent as a physical gift card. Did you receive the confirmation email?

    Having an issue with redeeming my Rewards points

    I have enough points to redeem a $5 Xbox gift card, so I go to my rewards dashboard:

    https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/checkout/verify

    And I receive an error stating: Sorry, something went wrong. We're not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while.

    I first received this error on 2/13/19.
