I am unable to remove "read only" from any of my drives

I am having an issue with all my drives showing up as read only, which does not allow me to change icons or delete any files. I have tried a few things but have been unable to change the permissions.

I am logged in as a system administrator and my permissions of all the drives are set to "Full Control".

I have tried the command prompt method of changing attributes using both of the following commands not at the same time:
    attrib -r +s F:\RPG
    attrib -r -s F:\RPG.

I have also tried doing the above in safe mode but nothing is working.

I also noticed that when trying to change permissions I get the following error including Recovery and System Volume Information:

An error occurred while applying security information to F:\Config.Msi

Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied.

I also discovered that 3 of my drives are now duplicated in Windows Explorer. My C and D drives are excluded but I use my D drive for my windows games from the Xbox Game Pass for PC. I've been told that this issue is something Windows may have put into place because several others have reported the duplicate drives in explorer.

At this point I am not sure what to do to remove the "read only" option from my drives.

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    DVD Drive issues.

The games used to run, now apparently the disks don't even read.

Go to Device Manager and remove the DVD
Scan for hardware changes and update driver as OS suggests

    Still not working?

    1) Clean the heads.
    2) Run a diagnostic program on the drive.

Nothing else has changed about your system aside from the OS?

Revert to XP Home, assuming you don't find the source of the problem in steps above.

    Optical Drive Issue

    Hi Jerry, you're welcome.

Here's mine after I rt clk'd on my Documents Folder like you show in Scrsht 11:

I'd like to wait until you reply to my question in Scrsht 12, if it is a remnant of the process try deleting the one on the dsktp and see if the one in send to also disappears. If it stays in send to, test it, and if you're still having problems I'd suggest you could go back to: Option One: To Add or Remove Items in Send To context menu for Your Account (current user) and do Step 3 to remove it and start over using Step 4 but be very careful of your steps in creating the shortcut and be sure you d&d that shortcut to the send to part of the address.

I'm busy today and I probably won't be back until the evening.
