Windows 10: I am unable to restore my laptop to its usual speed

I have been using Bluestacks to play video games for a while on my Dell precision 5520 laptop but I noticed it had not been as fast as it was when I newly started playing Bluestacks. Now the speed is not just affected when I play Bluestacks but even in my regular operation. I've tried clearing files in temp %temp%, disk clean-up, disabling start-up apps and even resetting my PC but still, I cannot restore it to its original speed. What else can I do please?

Wi-Fi shows a very low speed Windows 10 Laptop

For past several months, my Dell laptop running on updated Windows 10 shows a wifi internet speed of only around 4 mbps whereas the actual speed is around 25 mbps and tested on other devices. I am unable to resolve the issue in spite of all suggested and
other logical steps.
