Windows 10: I am unable to scan checks from a Cannon Scanner.

Discus and support I am unable to scan checks from a Cannon Scanner. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have checked with Realm Support and it seems the issue is with a Memory Module in windows.     I am unable to scan checks from a Cannon Scanner.


    I have checked with Realm Support and it seems the issue is with a Memory Module in windows. Any idea how can I fix this?

    In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the following details:



    • What is the complete error message?
    • Which application are you using to scan the document?
    • What is the make and model of the scanner?
    • Were you able to use the scanner earlier?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
      winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
      Enter.


    In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

    Install and use a scanner in Windows 10     and see if that helps.



    Please reply with the detailed information to help you with the issue.

    I am unable to scan checks from a Cannon Scanner.

    Problem in scanning by Cannon MP287 printer **** scanner after upgrading to Windows 10

    I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. After that the scanner in my cannon mp287 printer **** scanner has stopped working. Hence I downloaded fresh drivers from cannon website which are for windows 10 and installed them in compatibility mode but still
    the scan button on the printer is not working. Please help
