Windows 10: I am unable to sign in to office even though I was invited by admin

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.AADSTS50020: User account 'marketing@**************.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'd3590ed6-52b3-4102-aeff-aad2292ab01c'Microsoft Office in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

• have a Steam account
• and have the necessary PC hardware (listed below)

Office 365 Calendar - Invite People To Meeting

I have noticed that when I create a meeting in Office 365, and select the People I want to invite, it will display everyone that I have received an email from/to, whether or not they are in any of my address lists. This does not occur in my desktop version
of Outlook 2016, only people in my address list will display. Is there a setting in Outlook 2016 that will show everyone like it does online?
