Windows 10: I am unable to sign into my account via phone or pc and I don’t understand why?

2. What happens when you try to sign in to your account?

If you are referring to the Microsoft account and if your Microsoft account has been compromised, it means that someone might be using your account to access your personal info or send spam. I suggest use the following guide to
get back into your account, review your personal info and settings, and help prevent this from happening again. Refer the article on

Creating or signing in to microsoft account

Hi Gloria,

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

I have a Windows Vista PC 32 bit and a T-Mobile MDA Compact V (Same as HTC Touch Diamond2) phone with windows 6.5 operating system and installer software disk 4.5 so i've been told.
