Windows 10: I am unable to turn on my windows real time protection

Discus and support I am unable to turn on my windows real time protection in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am unable to turn on my Windows real-time protection even though when I click the turn on button, it doesn't turn on even after the pop-up appears...     I am unable to turn on my windows real time protection


    I am unable to turn on my Windows real-time protection even though when I click the turn on button, it doesn't turn on even after the pop-up appears asking to turn on real-time protection in my laptop. I am also unable to turn on other features, like cloud-delivered protection.What should I do to fix this issue? I have also installed an antivirus program named Protogen Antivirus.
