Windows 10: I am unable to update my windows 10

I have been trying to update my windows 10 for many months without success. Have tried many suggested fixes without success and even called a tech in to try and fix, again without success. He informed me that my Windows 10 was corrupted and could not be fixed.

Constantly get the following message-


2020-02 Cumulative update for windows 10 version 1803 for x64-based systems KB4537762 - Error 0x800703f1


Microsoft .Net framework 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64 KB4486153 - Error 0x800703f1


Security update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package KB2538243 -Error 0x80070643


Every time I attempt to update it gets to 25% install it fails and restores.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
