Windows 10: i am unable to use microsoft apps + other problems

So as i mentioned in the subject am unable to open microsoft store apps this is happening since i restored my windows 11 to previous versions, i restored because my windows start menu was not working after i updated, i was not able to use settings too in the latest update. also in settings some specific functions are not working like virus protection, device security etc.i am not sure if this is because of a malware or virus, please help mei already tried cmd functions sfc scan health and DSM restore health but it didn't fixed the issue

Unable to launch Microsoft Store and Microsoft store apps.

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article

Microsoft Store doesn't launch to fix the issues you are facing in launching Store.

Problem with uninstalling and then reinstalling an app, plus major problem with Microsoft Jigsaw app

This issue might occur due to some corruption in the Windows Store.

I would suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Try running Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

If issue persist, I suggest you to try method2.

Method 2: Try resetting the Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps to Reset Windows Store cache.

• 
  Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
  

If issue persist, I suggest you to try method 3.
