Windows 10: I am unable to view my bitlocker keys on my Microsft account and I am locked out of my device

I cannot view my Bitlocker Recovery Keys on my Microsoft account. It has been like this for 4 days. I spoke to support and they told me I would have to wait for this bug to fix itself. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of more people in the hope that it may be resolved sooner. I have been locked out of my device after my laptop battery died and even tough I recorded the recovery keys bitlocker is saying they are invalid stranglely. View Bitlocker Keys stuck in loading cycle; can't view the key

My external hard drive randomly prompted for a Bitlocker key so I followed the steps ending up at

My Account . There, under the device list, are the [Disable Lost Device] and [View Bitlocker Keys] buttons. However, when I click on [View Bitlocker Keys] button it opens up a side panel within the browser which a loading circle that just spins and spins.

I badly need to recover the data that is on the hard drive, but having never set up a bitlocker key, I've never had a chance to view or write it down. I never asked for a bitlocker password and now it's been put on the device while microsoft won't permit me to view the damn key through their system. Literally locked my device with an unbreakable password and then won't tell me what it is.... this is insane!

 

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

 

Locked from BitLocker. What Microsoft account is my device on?

I decided to update the bios my laptop, and now I am locked out because of BitLocker. My understanding is that I can retrieve the recovery key from my Microsoft account. But, when I looked in my devices my laptop was not listed under my devices. How can I find out what account my laptop is registered in while being locked from BitLocker?
