I am using windows 10 and my 365 subscription is due in July this year. If I renew then will I be supported for another 12 months as my pc is unable to be upgraded to 11. Thanks?

Renewal of OFFICE-365 subscription

Hi,

I am unable to renew the OFFICE-365 subscription. The payment option only has a credit/debit card. Tried using multiple cards, it always says that the details entered are incorrect. The site says "Bank couldn't authorize the payment method". The debit cards
are all active and I have used one of them last time to renew a OFFICE-365 subscription.

Raised multiple service requests on the same, but no solution. Had long chats, still no solution.

 

How do I pay for a 1 year subscription?

Are you trying to renew an Office 365 subscription or is it some other Subscription?

If that is Office 365, go to https://office.com/renew

Choose the subscription you want to renew and then choose one of the following:

Renew now to pay now for a full year of Office 365.

Renew with a monthly subscription for $X.XX per month to pay for a month at a time.

if you don't renew your Office 365 subscription. You'll lose access to all the

Office apps and services, that are included in your subscription. This means

you won't be able to create new documents, edit existing ones or

access any online storage that's included in your subscription.
