Windows 10: I am using Windows 7 software and am seeing a no internet on my screen

I have my internet service through Comcast. When I receive the no internet notification on my screen, I check my connection via my phone app and see that my gateway is getting a strong signal at that time, so I made sure that my ethernet cable was secure and even replaced it with a new one. and I still peridically will have the same problem occur. My computer has been running slow and had an IT guy remotely clean it up and remove all threats and install a good firewall for my network. So, my problems are still occuring and my computer is not detecting any problems, except that the microsof

Windows 7 black screen of death

Hey people, looks like this kind of problem is not that easy just installing an anti virus software. In fact i have used a lot of antiviruses u have suggested me in another thread, but after all of this i found this solution and something extra that should finally solve the problem of windows 7. At least for me, but i install and uninstall windows 7 at least 3 times a day so the problem is really grave...
