Windows 10: I am worry about Malware in my System

A few months back I had downloaded a few sketchy apps off the web, and windows defender had picked up the applications as Trojans. Despite the anti-virus giving me a heads up about the malware, I still forcefully waived the alert and downloaded the application. I deleted the application a while back and did do a reset to windows I chose the keep files option, but now I'm paranoid since I have to use my computer for school, and I'm too scared to save confidential information on my laptop because I'm scared someone might leak all of my information out to the web. Can you give us what is/was the fully qualified name and
path to the file deemed to be a malware ?

It will be a lot easier to help you remove it once we know what it is and
where its saved into, as it appears under quarantine or on the list of detected items.
in Defender’s “history.”
