Windows 10: I assume MS has blocked my comments for some unknown reason. How to remedy?

I did not see an answer to this. I assume MS has blocked my comments for some unknown reason. If you are going to block people a let them know you have and why maybe highlight the part you don't like. If blocked provide the remedy to get back. Why would you want people giving up on MS? I spend time researching facts before I reply and it's so frustration to have wasted all that time. I have gotten blocked for referring to exact verbiage in the article and been blocked! NOW - HOW DO I GET BACK IN and avoid so much lost time? Thx JD

BSOD Unknown Reason

The dump file on the 18th was caused by Quick Heal again. The later ones appear to be due to bit flips. I would recommend enabling Driver Verifier on all third-party drivers using the following instructions: 1) Search for verifier using the Start Menu and select the verifier.exe, accept the UAC prompt and you should be presented with the following screen:

2) Tick the following options as shown below

3) Ensure that you select the option to enable you to select drivers yourself

4) Select all drivers which are not Microsoft related and then click the Finish button. Afterwards, please reboot the computer and Driver Verifier will continue to run in the background. Please do not select the drivers which are prefixed with dump_

To block calls with unknown phone number, you can follow these steps:

• Open the "Phone" app 2. Go to "History" tab
  
• Tap the "..." button on the bottom
• Select "Blocked Calls"
• Open the Hamburger menu
• Select Settings
• Enable the "Block calls with no caller ID" option

There are other options to unblock a temporarely blocked MS account, on the same support page.

But you really need to talk to giffgaff and get your phone up and running! Verify that the bills are paid etc.

I'd be off to another operator if my current operator had a fault on their end for more than 24 hours.



Edit: Have you done the troubleshooting step suggested by to test the SIM in another phone?
