Windows 10: I beg you plz help me (windows app black screen)

Since 4-5 month I have this problem of black screen.

It happen when im playing rocket league in full screen. It return me to windows and I have an application (discord or steam) who just are totally black

But I can still click on it, join a vocal channel or that stuff but like a blind.

For steam, I just see the menu (store, library etc) but not the content.

For opera the image is freezing and the program doesn't respond.

I have to close the program from the task manager.

I reinstalled the graphics drivers several times, but it didn't change anything (note that this problem

persists since I installed my new pc with the rtx 3070)

This weekend reboot my pc from the start but still this issue and I tried without opera and discord installed but still happened. But when I tried with firefox it just returned to windows without the app freezing.

It's so frustrating, i searched for hours on forum but found nothing, please if you have any idea help me
