Windows 10: I believe I've been IP banned, how can I fix this?

I was simply playing minecraft a couple days ago and I have my plugbar sitting below my pc. I accidentally hit it with my foot, shutting it off while playing the game and ever since I have been completely unable to access anything microsoft related, including the minecraft website. Neither of them will allow me to sign in or do anything and I've been so stressed about this for the last day and a half because I have no idea why something like this would get me IP banned. EDIT: The reason I believe I've been IP banned is because everyone else in my house is unable to access microsoft-related web

IP bans may not be enough. He has shown that he has way too much time on his hands. Probably has a whole list of proxies set up too. Some people have girlfriends (and friends)... Max has his spam.

Why am i still banned on my xbox one? A friend has my account and i have been banned for a week, all i want is to have this communacation ban be gone

Method 1:

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to try these steps to Flush DNS and request a new IP address from your ISP server. Check if it helps.

  Start and type cmd on start search.
  
• 
  Right-click on command prompt Run
  and selectas administrator.
  
• 
  At the command prompt, type the following commands and hit
  Enter after each command.
  

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

exit
