    Windows Store gift card promo

    I bought a new Windows 10 laptop and it was supposed to come with a free $50 Windows Store gift card that was activated/redeemed by a "Windows Store gift card promo" app. I've looked for the app like the Microsoft FAQ says here: https://buy.live.com/PaymentExperience/OEMPromo/FAQ
    but it is nowhere on my computer.

    Can anybody help me?

    I suggest you contact the place of purchase if they had a gift card offer. They should be able to assist with that.
