Windows 10: I bought a game in the Microsoft Store and it will not play, it asks for permissions

I bought a game Sunday in the Microsoft store. The game is named Myst. The game requires permissions but i DON'T understand what that means.

Permission to play games...... why

I try to play games on my dad's laptop . he has no problem with it but apparently ,the default setting is to require permission to play games. Why is this even necessary , if i had permission to get on the laptop why must i need permission to play games.
When i ask for permission and my dad get the email it wont even let me play after he approves it. can someone just give me the setting>accessibility format of instructions to turn off this setting

What games are you playing in particular? Are you playing Microsoft Store games or other games?

If it's Microsoft Store games you're trying to play online, try these steps:

- Open the Microsoft Store.

- Click the 'Me' icon in the top right of the screen (your profile picture)

- Under the Settings menu, disable Offline Permissions.

Restart your PC, then see if your games work online again.

Can't Install a game i bought on Microsoft Store

Hi. So yesterday I bought Sea of Thieves on the Microsoft Store and when I tried to open it, nothin. I saw a screen for a split-second, and then it disappeared again. I have followed numerous guides and articles, and I tried to reinstall it, and now the
game just wont download. I have tried resetting the cache, and I am getting really annoyed because I wanted to play it with a buddy.
