    Today i have bought a windows 10 key for $10 and it it activated my windows just fine so why Microsoft officially sells windows 10 for $200.

    They may be legit keys, but probably not for the people who are hunting for bargains.
    Many sites have charity or educational keys for sale cheap (as they are from MS), but it would not be a legit key for regular user who is neither a student or a employee of a charitable organization.

    Yes, they should be reported. Like others said, if the price seems to good to be true, it probably is. As you have discovered, people will see MSDN keys, OEM keys, etc.
