Windows 10: I bought a new laptop hp envy 16 and I have been getting bsod at the most random times.

I first updated windows, it didn't solve. I ran all system diagnostics and uefi diagnostics from component to symptom tests and it always passed. ran sfc chkdsk and also reinstalled windows 11. none of it worked so put windows 11 still got same error. the most frequent error I got was critical process died and in windows 10 whea uncorrectable error. in event viewer it shows kernel power error 63 task 41. so I also ran verifier from windows and it showed a new error driver_verifier_detection_violation and csaudio. sys failed.

hp envy laptop

New hp envy laptop kb backlight wont stay on long enough. works ok but goes to sleep to soon. press any key works fine but once the kb is lighted is goes dark in a few seconds. not windows issue since there is no settings for it. it is driving me nuts.. haven'tt found a hp number call for help. it is still under warranty. I would hate to return it since I spent a lot of time setting it up. any sage wise advice out there??

HP laptop - multiple BSODs

I have an HP Pavilion 15-cs0021na, (Intel i3, 8GB, 128GB SSD) running Windows 10 Home, which exhibits the following characteristics:

• On startup, occasionally completes boot, but within 5 minutes, BSODs. with a random error, e.g. Page Fault, IRQL not equal, Memory Management and so on.
• Repeated attempts to reboot then fail with more random BSODs
• Rarely, it will attempt a Startup Repair – which will invariably fail with another BSOD.
• Wiping the hard disk and attempting to install a clean version of the OS (downloaded from Microsoft using Media Creation Tool to USB stick) will get a little way into the process, then fail with BSOD as above.

What I’ve done:

• Attempted clean install as above.
• Run multiple hardware tests on Memory and SSD - HP’s built-in tests, Memtest86, Seagate disk tools. All tests pass with no errors.
• Updated BIOS from Insyde F.04 to F.22 (HP supplied).
• Repeated clean install, same result.

I have now run out of ideas, and am at a loss to understand what is causing these errors. How are BSODs generated if no Windows installation is present? Is it likely that a hardware component other than RAM or the SSD is causing these?

Any and all suggestions will be much appreciated.
