I bought a pc off facebook marketplace and i cant seem to restart as it says “there was a problem reseting your computer”

Facebook Marketplace Messages not showing in Messenger

My Facebook Marketplace messages are only shown in the apps on my phone and ipad but they are not on the Messenger app on my pc nor on the actual webpage. Other messages are ok. I have uninstalled the app on pc and restarted but nothing. Can anyone help please?
