Thank you for your helpful and quick reply. Well, my HP Ryzen 7 laptop doesn't come with Radeon Graphics, so I guess I will have to get the software and install it.

Regarding my new HP Ryzen 7 laptop, I am slightly irritated by the fact that it doesn't have a 'colour saturation' button, which means that the colours are obviously fixed and cannot be personalised. Interestingly, I could change the colour saturation on all my previous laptops just by clicking the graphics display button, so I find it strange that this HP Ryzen laptop that I've recently purchased is displaying somewhat washed-out pastel colours instead of vivid colours. It does seem rather odd that this HP laptop allows you to change the brightness (basic feature) but NOT the colour. People's faces look pale in videos and pictures. Why would they give you HALF a feature (brightness) and remove the colour saturation button?!?! I would be very grateful to receive replies to my query.

Got it back now. HP online chat support is fabulous, they connected to my laptop remotely and installed Bluetooth driver and it is fine now..
