Windows 10: I bought a used pc with windows home n, how do I switch to Windows Home?

I recently bought a used pc from someone, and I noticed it was running windows home n, did research and found out windows home and windows home n are 2 different things. How can I get Windows home instead of windows home n? I live in the U.S.A

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
