I bought Forza Horizon 4 for Win 10. It's not in my library. My bank account shows a Charge. I bought it TWICE YES TWICE WHERE THE HELL IS MY GAME !!!!!!!! It show the charge i my bank account i need someone to call me about this situation. Or give me the game or rufund my order.

I've been trying to buy this game for a year now, and it finally let me use my bank account, after refusing several prepaid Visa cards that I get my TurboTax refund back on. I bought it tonight, Forza Horizon Ultimate Edition. My bank account shows that
I've been charged. My Microsoft store doesn't show my game.

GIVE ME MY GAME NOW.

I am becoming very angry. Why can't this be easy like Steam, Epic, or any other service that sells games.

EITHER GIVE ME MY GAME OR REFUND MY PURCHASE. NOW.

We understand how annoying it could be, when you were unable to purchase the game and tried multiple times. Later when you were successful in purchasing the game, it’s not showing in Microsoft Store. We really understand the
situation and would like to help you on this issue.



Meanwhile, we would suggest you to reset the Microsoft Store cache: Press the Windows Logo Key + R key
to open the Rundialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.
Then sign in with the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the game. Now check if you are able to see the Forza Horizon game in the Library, this is to check if there is any issue from Microsoft Store app.



If you still dont see the game in the Library, then we would suggest you to check your email account for the purchase confirmation.



We as Microsoft community forum are here to help you with any technical suggestion on Microsoft product. However, anything related to purchase you need to check with our

Microsoft Store support team as they will validate your Microsoft account in a secure way to find the detailed order history, ideally that is not possible in this forum because it involves PII.

so I bought forza horizons 4 on the pc section and just finished install but when I start it all it shows is a blank screen then crashes with no crash report
