Windows 10: I bought Microsoft Office Home and Support card, tried scratching but Product key numbers...

Hello,On Jun 25, 2026 I bought Microsoft Office Home and Support card, tried scratching but Product key numbers came off so I cannot install the product on my new laptop. Attached is a picture of the card and the proof of payment. I would appreciate your help with retrieving the key so I can use the product.Thank you.

I bought a Microsoft Office product from Walmart, when I went to scratch off the gray matter to display the product key the numbers came off with it. Is there some way to use the serial numbers to confirm the installation of my product online.

Microsoft says they exist. They only caution to buy one from an authorized reseller.

If you buy one of them they will mailed a card with the Product Key for Office. It will also include instructions on how to use it to download Office from Microsoft. Microsoft will ask you to log in using your Microsoft account and enter your Product Key before you are allowed to download your version of Office.

I didn't do it this way. I bought Microsoft Office online and was emailed the Product Key. I was instructed to log in to the website Microsoft 365 and enter the Product Key. I then was able to download the installation file for Microsoft Office.
