Windows 10: I bought Minecraft, already played it but now the purchase got canceled?

Hello guys,last year I bought Minecraft for my computer and I already played it a long time, but at some point, when I opened the Minecraft launcher it just showed me the "Demo version" button. I checked my purchases on microsoft.com and it said, that the purchase got canceled?What can I do there and why is that so? Greetings, Hans

I think you did a Clean Installation of Windows 10 and Clean Installation will delete all your applications; games; and your user data such as music files, video files, pictures, documents, etc.

1. From where did you purchase the Minecraft game?
   
2. Have you already installed Minecraft on your Windows 10 computer?
   

If you have purchased several copies of Minecraft from Mojang, then I suggest you to refer the
Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Oculus, then I suggest you to
Contact the Oculus Support Team and they will help you with this.

Playing Minecraft Realms with people who bought Minecraft off the Mojang Website.

There should be no difference between Minecraft purchased from the Microsoft Store and Mojang website as they are cross-platform play compatible. You can join/invite people in a Realm as long as they are also listed as Xbox Live friends.

Minecraft Purchase and or Refund Help

I already tried mojang support, they didnt help. I'll paste when i said there here: - so when I bought Minecraft today, I bought Minecraft java edition and I know it because when i went to play on hypixel on lunar I was playing. I was on the server. so I KNOW I bought a java edition account. then I restarted Minecraft for a game update, and I was unable to log into my Microsoft account I used to buy Minecraft with and the one I used to play hypixel beforehand. I tried to log into it via the regular Minecraft launcher from Microsoft store and I was able to. but I was only able to play Minecraft windows 10 edition. I don't know what happened, I completely bugged the system. I still cannot log into the java version I was playing with at the very beginning. I would like a refund please, then I can purchase and try again. - any way you could help? and no, its not in my purchase history on microsoft.
