Windows 10: I bought minecraft deluxe and received everything but java editon and I dont know what to do

I bought Minecraft Deluxe but havent received java edition and i dont know what to do bought Minecraft Deluxe edition on 17.06.24 also am playing on windows 10

How do I access the Minecraft Java Edition that I bought?

I bought Minecraft Deluxe Edition on my laptop through the Minecraft website. I opened the launcher to the Java Edition page and it says "Buy Now", even when I already bought it. Even when I click on Buy Now it says I already own Java Edition, but it doesn't give me any visible way to access it. I've checked my Microsoft account and the purchase went through successfully, it just doesn't show that I own Java Edition on the launcher. I've checked that my email matches on the Minecraft website, the launcher, Microsoft store, and my account on the Xbox website, and it does match on all of them. On the Minecraft website, it says I already own the Deluxe Edition.

I have no idea how I can access the Java Edition that came with the Minecraft Deluxe Edition I bought, and I'd really appreciate if anyone could help, thank you.

 

I bought the Deluxe Version of Minecraft for both Java and Bedrock but can only get bedrock without the additional benefits

For Christmas I bought this game for my child, they were especially ecstatic since it was said that now you could get both versions of Minecraft for the price of one. They wanted the Deluxe package with all the additional items, I bought it.

But they were only able to download Bedrock edition, this is confusing and also upsetting to them, it feels like we got scammed,

For Java edition, we were able to download the demo but not the actual game we paid for, is it a glitch? Something else entirely? I'm not too sure, I'd be a great help if anyone could suggest some ideas

 

Deluxe Collection of Java & Bedrock Transaction?

I bought the Deluxe Collection of Minecraft Bedrock & Java in Minecraft Launcher yesterday but I haven't been able to play Java as it still says "Buy Now". I don't get why I can't play it straight away. I feel like it might have something to do with the fact that the transaction in my bank still says "pending" but I'd just like to confirm if I have to wait longer or there's something genuinely wrong.
