Windows 10: I bought Minecraft Java Edition and it says I didn't

Today i bought minecraft from minecraft.net for my PC but its saying i didnt and need to buy it again. I was fully charged and downloaded launcher but it shows to buy it i tried diffrent accounts but i didnt work, tried reinstaling launcher and it did nothing at this point i dont know what to do is there any way to get it.

I bought Minecraft Java edition, but it says to "buy" it again

My parents bought me Minecraft Java edition 1 year ago. Today I wanted to play Minecraft, but it says to "buy" it again. Im 100% sure im logged in the same Microsoft account when my parents were buying Minecraft. Pls help

 

How do I access the Minecraft Java Edition that I bought?

I bought Minecraft Deluxe Edition on my laptop through the Minecraft website. I opened the launcher to the Java Edition page and it says "Buy Now", even when I already bought it. Even when I click on Buy Now it says I already own Java Edition, but it doesn't give me any visible way to access it. I've checked my Microsoft account and the purchase went through successfully, it just doesn't show that I own Java Edition on the launcher. I've checked that my email matches on the Minecraft website, the launcher, Microsoft store, and my account on the Xbox website, and it does match on all of them. On the Minecraft website, it says I already own the Deluxe Edition.

I have no idea how I can access the Java Edition that came with the Minecraft Deluxe Edition I bought, and I'd really appreciate if anyone could help, thank you.

Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you want to swap your editions of Minecraft that you have purchased, please
Contact Mojang Support and they will help you with this.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.

the Java Edition of Minecraft on your computer.
