Windows 10: I Bought Minecraft Via PayPal. It Downloaded and installed but says I need to buy it again?

I bought Minecraft Java for my special Needs son on the 15th of May 2020. He played it for one night. the next time he went to play it, it said 'Looks like you don't own a copy of Minecratf Java, Purrchase Now'.


I subsequently uninstalled it and re-installed it and the same problem arose. I contacted the Mojang / Minecraft help site numerous times but just got a ticket number, 655541, back and to date nobody from Mojang has got back to me to resolve the issue.


I really do not fell like paying €25 again to purchase a game I already paid for.


Do you have any solution to this issue? I can provide you with the original PayPal transaction details to prove that I bought it.

Won't let me buy and download Minecraft W10 Edition

I want to buy and download Minecraft W10 Edition on my pc (Which meets all the requirements listed on the site). The Windows Store gives me a button to redeem a code and a button to get a free trial. I asummed after downloading the trial, the store would
give me a link to buy and download the full version, ready to play with my friends, but when attempting to download the trial versions a message appear on the screen, that says that "My device isn't compatible", even when it meets all the requirements listed.
What can I do with this?

 

Minecraft

Bought on the win store on Jan 21 2020 using PayPal. Had to replace HDD on the kids PC due to failure and happily restored all apps etc with the exception of Minecraft.

It has allowed me to download and install (having signed into Win account) but will not allow me to sign in on the actual game - just asking me to buy again?

How do i get it back?

Help appreciated.

Minecraft buy glitch

I bought Minecraft windows 10 edition and when I moved to my new pc I could not download it with the same email I needed to buy it again
