Windows 10: I bought the Art Rage program, so why can't I download it??

I just spent $84 of my hard earned money to buy Artrage Vitae from the so called "Microsoft store." So, why can i not download this software I just paid for? "Install on my device" is grayed out. It says I do not have a compatible device or something like that. I just want to download the software I just paid $84 for! Any other software, they send an email link to download. I have a Windows 10 PC. Why can i not get the software I paid for???

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

In the case of Rage, it mostly lists things you CAN'T do with Rage.

 

Art programs have a little glitch after recent updates in Windows 10.

Method 1: I suggest you to download the latest
Wintab drivers compatible with Windows 10 from the manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved.

Method 2: If the issue persists, I suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if the issue I resolved.

Step 1: Compatibility mode runs the program in the current version of Windows using the settings from previous version of Windows.

• Download the latest driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website or locate the downloaded driver setup file of the previous operating system in your PC.
• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  Properties.
• Click on the Compatibility tab, check the box
  Run this program in compatibility mode for, select
  Windows 10 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.
• Once the driver is installed in compatibility mode, restart the PC for the effective changes to take place.

Step 2: You can also follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard and type
  Run programs made for previous versions of Windows.
• Select the top most search result and follow from step 2 from the article
  Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows
  (Also applies to Windows 10).
