Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Downloading Current TV Seasons

Almost everything about that link is the same as the one I purchased through the Windows Store, except on the Store it only said I could purchase a Season Pass for $23.99 AUD and had no mention of any "PRE-ORDER," like it does when it's opened in a web browser.
Even after purchasing, it does not say when or if the episodes will become available to me. It just had the Play and Download button ready, however all they did was play and re-download the free trailer for the season.

I am not satisfied that the page I purchased from in the Windows Store indicated I would immediately get the released episodes, only to find out after purchasing that I can not get them and have not been given a time frame for when they will become available
to download. On the link you sent it does still appear to me that a Season Pass allows you to keep up to date with the current releases.

Star Wars Rebels Season 1

As a follow-up... it's actually not resolved at all. The Microsoft Movies and TV app on my Surface Pro lists all 13 episodes from season 1, but if I try to play any of them, it generates an error (0xc101b00b).

If I go to the Movies and TV site in a browser, I see two seasons listed, but if I click on either of them, I get the message '

It looks like the item you're looking for is gone. Try searching for it again.'
This is getting frustrating.
