Windows 10: I bought the Minecraft Deluxe Edition incl. Java and Bedrock, yet can only play the Bedrock...

The bedrock edition is available to play in the launcher but not Java. Also there was supposed to be 1600 Minecoins in the price and a bunch of other stuff skins etc, but none of these are available either.

If you have bought Minecraft before, you’re now getting the other edition for free. Woot! Follow these steps to redeem it:

Go to the Microsoft Store listing for Minecraft: Java & Bedrock for PC.

Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Microsoft-Konto an.

Sign-in to the Microsoft Store with your Microsoft account.

Once you’re signed in, instead of a “Buy” button you should see a button that says “Get.” Click this button – and now you own both editions!

HOW DO I RUN OR PLAY EITHER VERSION OF MINECRAFT?

Once you’ve completed the steps above, including logging into the Microsoft Store, you can now download the Minecraft Launcher.

To play Minecraft: Java Edition, download and install the correct launcher for your operating system. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Java Edition.

It's important to note that the Deluxe Collection includes both Java and Bedrock Editions for PC with the Minecraft Launcher. However, the Bedrock Edition content only runs on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on Windows.

If you're not using Windows 10 or Windows 11, you may need to go to Minecraft.net/download to get the Launcher for your operating system and access your game. Could you confirm if you're using either of these operating systems?
