Windows 10: I bought the progrma microsoft fligth simmulator 2020 today and it doesn't start

I bought the program, I followed the complicated instructions to download it. More than buying a show, it looks like a race of obstacles. once all the steps have been approved, the download has started. I've had to ask a child of my own for help. if the pirate stealth program had been easier. Finally when booting the 'program' appear all the propaganda screens of asobo, MICROSOFT, X BOX, property rights, etc, etc., Finally a screen of an American desert appears and a notice appears that says 'the program is running' after a certain time another notice appears that says something similar to 'the program has stopped and we will tell you if there is a solution and which is' I say similar because I do not SPEEK english. and so we're not knowing how or when I'll be able to run the program, or where to go. BUT THAT'S IF YOU PAY IN ADVANCE.



he comprado el programa, he seguido las complicadas instrucciones para descargarlo. Mas que comprar un programa parece una carrera de obstaculos. una vez aprobados todos los pasos se ha iniciado la descarga. he tenido que pedir ayuda a un hijo mio. si el programa fuera pirata hubiera sido mas facil. finalmente al arrancar el 'programa' aparecen todas las pantallas de propaganda de asobo, MICROSOFT, X BOX, derechos de propiedad, etc, etc, Finalmente aparece un pantalla de un desierto americano y aparece un aviso que dice 'el programa se esta ejecutando' al cabo de un cierto tiempo aparece otro aviso que dice algo parecido a 'el programa se ha parado y ya le diremos si hay solucion y cual es' digo parecido porque yo no se ingles. y asi estamos sin saber ni como ni cuando podre ejecutar el programa, ni donde dirigirme. PERO ESO SI EL PAGO POR ADELANTADO.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I deleted all my data. I had have it backed up.

I did a clean installation using the windows media creation tool (usb option).

No, I didn`t. I thought a clean installation would solve the problem.

After posting my previous message, I did it.





After chkdsk, I close cmd and tried to boot and the laptop just turned it off. This morning I`ve restarted it and automatically windows did a repair. Windows has booted and it seems that the repair tool has removed chrome and acrobat pdf reader (the only two programs I had installed after reinstalling windows).

Now Windows is installing updates and restarting my lapop, I`m kind of frightened. I don`t want it to happen again. Anyhow, I want to know what has brought the issue

I`ve been looking for information about the error code at the end of the picture and I didn`t get anywhere.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
